Snow was fun, but missing class two days in a row has thoroughly messed up my week. I don't even want to get ready to go to class today...isn't that terrible?

Latest reading project: since about May 2009, I've been working on reading the Bible from beginning to end, like a novel. Right now I'm in the middle of the Book of Daniel. Chapter 8 of 12, I believe. It's been an enlightening experience.

March 16-20: Planning on a Lenten camping retreat over Spring Break. Well, sort of. MCC's spring break is the week before, so I'll have to take an extra day off of classes to get more than two or three days. I'd LOVE to spend forty days in the desert, but that's simply not possible while I'm teaching. Three full days in the desert will work. I want to go to Enchanted Rock, but I know it'll be busy over Spring Break....still thinking about the "where".
